It's funny he doesn't get mistaken for a woozle. The closest to an actual woozle you'll see in the books is Lottie the Otter in "Return to the Hundred Acre Wood"

If I'm not mistaken it should be "Ep.75 - Grown but not forgotten" from the 1988-1991 Animated Series. I think the story went that Christopher Robin got an invitation to an "adult party" and all the plushies got scared that he was gonna become big and forget them, so they tried to make another party for him and... I don't exactly remember how but Gopher ended up being dressed as a baby and I'm surprised no one made art of him like that

I like this subject and you draw the char well. But the little hangup is inmaking the padding so wide you have to put his legs so far apart as to deform the body.
